This app is so easy to use and an INCREDIBLE way to earn miles on partner programs. I have so many southwest points now because of all the hotel stays I do through Rocketmiles!
It may not have every hotel available but has enough to feel safe and comfortable with hotels selected for my stays. Also was able to use when having airport delays and not able to get to final destination and needed a night stay in unplanned city.
Im very happy with this app. Ive used multiple times and it has worked well each time. Couldnt ask for more!
I love Rocket Miles Ap. They have been extremely easy to work with and I appreciate that very much!
Rocketmiles can be extremely useful, especially since its one of the few programs that partners with Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles.
As far as the app goes, I have a few issues:
- On all platforms, change the date picker to the standard iOS one.
- On all platforms, show the potential miles earned in search results by miles earned per night, not total miles earned per stay.
- On iPad, add support for landscape orientation.
- On iPad Prom add support for Split View.
We travel frequently and find many good deals on Rocketmiles that add useful points to our SW card!!!!! Thanks
Some bad moments
After going through the whole process I am told that room is taken. Then when I write a review I am told my nickname is taken a waste of time
I booked a hotel using this app and was billed in USD currency although I changed my settings to CAN, as I live in Canada and booked a hotel in Canada. Called their toll free number and I was told there was nothing they could do as my card has already been charged. I could have booked straight through the hilton hotel, save $50 and still receive aeroplan points. Will definitely not be using this site again.
I gave it my AA information and it made me reenter upon booking. If you use a promotion you dont get the regular hotel stay points, however, the advertisements make you believe you do until you enter the promo. If you leave the app while you have the promo entered it forgets your promotion even though you are logged in. Just set up to trick you. Referral codes dont tell the person they are expired and wont work until it creates an account for the person you are referring...then its too late.
The app works fine. Im very impressed with the service. They usually have hotels where I need to go, I get far more in miles than I would using the hotel loyalty programs, and the receipts are clean and easy to enter into my expense reports
Love the app. Its always improving as well. The bonus miles are a bad perk either!
