No way to select your own room

First time we used this app and last. We had a room chosen for us by Rocketmiles based on an occupancy for two. We were stuck with a queen size bed with a handicap accessible bathroom for the same price as a king size or double queen size room. The concierge did not seem very thrilled with the hassles of using this third party app. I prefer dealing directly with the hotels when reserving my own room. Not worth the miles, if I cannot select the type of room I want for a better price.
