I got excited by the promise of points from RocketMiles when I booked 5 nights at an all inclusive-out of the country with my 12 year old daughter. 1 week prior I was notified via -EMAIL- in my spam folder that a mistake had occurred and we were actually booked at a different resort. Customer service offered 20% off to stay at the different resort or to cancel my reservations. One. Week. Prior. I called our hotel and rebooked myself because RocketMiles customer service said no rooms were available to them. Thanks for the stress and missing out on the 29,000 points your company advertised. I dont ever leave bad reviews but it was an anxiety inducting panic for an hour trying to make sure we had a safe and affordable place to stay after booking flights & buying passports, etc. one week prior to flying out.
