After going through the whole process I am told that room is taken. Then when I write a review I am told my nickname is taken a waste of time

Needed to book in Fort McMurray in northern Alberta, same day. And the concierge service added the hotel I wanted, and organized everything through email. Awesome!!

App is easy to use and well designed. Go to your account to change the currency. Fees are high, but with the promotion for the 1st booking it was worthwhile...

I booked a hotel using this app and was billed in USD currency although I changed my settings to CAN, as I live in Canada and booked a hotel in Canada. Called their toll free number and I was told there was nothing they could do as my card has already been charged. I could have booked straight through the hilton hotel, save $50 and still receive aeroplan points. Will definitely not be using this site again.

I downloaded this app when it first launched and I thought it was too good to be true. Earn thousands of miles in any airline program just for booking your hotel room through Rocketmiles instead of another hotel site? Oh, and you pay the same rate as those other sites? Well, let me tell you, its all true... And surprisingly easy. Ive actually booked 6 work trips with this app so far and Ive literally earned 57,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles. At this rate I definitely see a few amazing vacations in my near future. Im thinking either Asia in business class with my wife or a few less extravagant trips around the US. Who knows, maybe I can do it all if I keep booking!! The latest version of this app is amazing, as with all their updates. Keep em coming Rocketmiles

Just received the miles from my stay booked through Rocketmiles! Their customer service staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Hotel was nice and clean! This is my favorite travel app!

Ive earned several flights for booking hotels I normally would anyway. This is great!

I gave it my AA information and it made me reenter upon booking. If you use a promotion you dont get the regular hotel stay points, however, the advertisements make you believe you do until you enter the promo. If you leave the app while you have the promo entered it forgets your promotion even though you are logged in. Just set up to trick you. Referral codes dont tell the person they are expired and wont work until it creates an account for the person you are referring...then its too late.

The app works fine. Im very impressed with the service. They usually have hotels where I need to go, I get far more in miles than I would using the hotel loyalty programs, and the receipts are clean and easy to enter into my expense reports

Love the app. Its always improving as well. The bonus miles are a bad perk either!

First time we used this app and last. We had a room chosen for us by Rocketmiles based on an occupancy for two. We were stuck with a queen size bed with a handicap accessible bathroom for the same price as a king size or double queen size room. The concierge did not seem very thrilled with the hassles of using this third party app. I prefer dealing directly with the hotels when reserving my own room. Not worth the miles, if I cannot select the type of room I want for a better price.
